Yuri from the southern base uses the Kin no Buki Gin no Buki Wonder Ride Book in the Kougouken Saikou to transform into Kamen Rider Saikou. This Rider first appears in episode 16. Saikou is unique as his main Rider form is a sword. He is able to summon a shadow called Saikou Shadow to wield him in battle.
